Child Safety Policy

The platform and our services are not applicable to children. Children are not allowed to use the services of the platform for any purpose. lf you, as a quardian find that a child under your guardianship has used our platform, please contact us immediately to delete it.

TiMe has a zero-tolerance policy for any abuse, exploitation, or sexualization of children. Users who violate TiMe's policies for protecting minors (under 18) may be removed from the platform and face legal action.

Users must be 18 or older to use TiMe. Falsifying age to access the platform is prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.

Detection and Prohibited Activities. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing, creating, or distributing content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.

• Content that sexualizes minors, such as discussions, sexualized playacting, or wearing sexualized clothing.

• Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including drawings or animations.

• Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.

• Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.

• Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.

• Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.

Underage Appearance on the Platform:

• Minors appearing in live streams, videos, or any other content is strictly prohibited.

• Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is not allowed.

• Attempts to falsify age to gain access to the platform are prohibited.

Reporting Mechanism: Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting function. Incidents of child abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by law.

Enforcement Measures:

• Violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties.

• TiMe may cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigations, depending on the severity of the violation.
